Jason Bivins, P.E.

Jason Bivins is a registered professional engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has worked in the water/wastewater industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining JAGS Environmental, Jason worked as a consultant (O’Brien & Gere and JDQ), process equipment supplier (Kruger and Infilco Degremont) and for a municipal utility (Owensboro Municipal Utilities). Jason’s sales efforts are focused primarily on the KY market.
George Young, P.E.

George is a registered professional engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from Northern Kentucky University. George has worked in the water/wastewater industry for over 25 years. Prior to joining JAGS Environmental, George worked as a sales engineer at Chesley Associates and as a project manager for both ADS/Severn Trent and Woolpert. George’s sales efforts are focused primarily on the Southern Ohio market.
Brian Gatewood

Brian Gatewood is a licensed water and wastewater operator. He retired as the Water/Wastewater Superintendent for the City of Williamstown, KY after 26 years of service and joined JAGS Environmental in 2015. Brian has attended numerous training courses over the course of his career and is highly experienced in the fields of water/wastewater treatment, distribution and collection. Brian serves in a variety of roles at JAGS Environmental but his primary focus is calling on owners and end users in both Kentucky and Ohio.
Billy Catlett

Billy Catlett has over 30 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry. He is especially skilled in the areas of pumps, valves, telemetry, electrical diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance. Before joining JAGS, he spent 15 years as the Bullock Pen Water District Superintendent. Billy holds Class III licenses in Drinking Water Treatment, Drinking Water Distribution, and Wastewater Collections. He also holds a Class II license in Wastewater Treatment. Billy obtained an Associate Degree in electronics from the Northern Kentucky Technical College.
Don Nagel

Don Nagel has over 30 years of experience from various industries. He’s especially knowledgeable in the electrical and control fields. Throughout Don’s career, he’s performed installation, maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment.
Derek Nagel

Derek Nagel worked in construction prior to joining JAGS Environmental. He completed two (2) years of vocational school with a focus on electrical work. Derek has worked for both electrical system installation and heavy construction companies.
Andrew Kort
Project Manager (Parts & Service)

Andrew is a graduate from Indiana University East with a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to joining JAGS, Andrew worked as a Project Management Specialist in the automation solutions industry at Honeywell Intelligrated. Andrew also has experience in the agriculture business as a sales and production lead for Kennett Oil Company.
Susan Bivins

Susan Bivins provides accounting services, coordinates various company initiatives and supports aftermarket efforts. Susan has over 25 years of sales and service experience, working for companies such as General Electric, Eaton and National Power. Susan received her B.S. in Communications from Michigan State University and is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma.
